Shipping

The standard shipping time is 4-6 business days for Europe and 6-10 business days for the rest of the world. On rare occasions shipping can take up to three weeks. Please note that there might be delays due to COVID.

For international customers:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to be aware of custom fees, taxes and/or duties that might occur with international shipping and to cover any such costs that might be added to the shipped order.

Payment

Payment is made with charge and credit cards, such as Visa or MasterCard or PAY PAL. Your order is sent when we have received the payment. You can also pay with KLARNA CHECKOUT (invoice sent to your email). All data is sent via a secure connection (HTTPS) and no payments information is ever stored.

All prices are listed in SEK. The price shown at the time of the purchase is the price that you will be charged. Some countries will not pay VAT (sales tax). For up to date currency rates please check www.forex.se or any other currency dealer.

Additional information

Photos are usually taken with digital macro setting which can make them appear larger than they are, so please refer to actual measurements or ask us if you need more information. Colors can also be perceived differently depending on your computer monitor.

Eden & Phoenix shall in case of Force Majeure be relieved from liability for failure to perform obligations where the failure is a result of acts of nature, acts of terrorism, wars, accidents, strike, embargo, government sanction, sabotage, interruption or failure of electricity and internet services or other similar occurrence beyond Eden @ Phoenix´s control. When an event of Force Majeure Eden & Phoenix shall soonest possible notify the Customer.
